Design Tower (Infinity) 1st

Design Tower is built on a conviction: that architecture can redefine the way people live. The project conceives the residential tower as an icon capable of generating new spatial qualities, where innovation is not a formal device but the very essence of dwelling. The building's volume is positioned facing the sea to maximize views in every direction, establishing a singular presence both from the coastline and the bay. The materials, rigorously crafted in their finishes, produce warm and contemporary environments that offer each resident a distinct sense of belonging. The project articulates a transition between nature and architecture, where detail operates as the bond between individual elements and the whole. The 360° views are more than a geographical condition: they become the driving argument that organizes the sensory experience of the complex, transforming each space into a unique and unrepeatable event. With 44,500 m² currently in the concept design phase, Design Tower proposes a threshold between Miami's natural landscape and a new standard of residential precision.re.
