The Coffee Store
A sensory coffee laboratory where every spatial decision amplifies the connection between barista and customer, building brand identity through lived experience.

The project recovers the essence of The Coffee Store and redefines it as a sensory coffee laboratory: a space where quality is perceived before it is named. The conceptual proposal organises each element around the interaction between barista and consumer, making the different stages of the process visible and central to the experience.
A palette of white, grey, green and terracotta grounds the space in a contemporary register while generating an atmosphere of belonging and community. The careful arrangement of equipment —bar, coffee machine, service layout— integrates technology and spaciousness within a single layer, producing environments that balance freshness, warmth and serenity.
The project establishes an active relationship with those who inhabit it: the space is organised so that customers recognise the brand not through its image, but through how it feels to be inside. In this way, the proposal constructs a sense of identity that goes beyond decoration.
Its architectural resolution demonstrates versatility by adapting to surfaces between 100 and 400 m² and to a range of implementation contexts, with locations both completed and currently under construction across Argentina.
