C House
Casa C proposes an architecture of volumetric purity in a residential neighborhood in Olivos. The façade acts as a visual sieve, filtering light and gazes, while the upper level is suspended in the air, articulating lightness and tectonic precision.

Casa C is grounded in the pursuit of purity and lightness as founding principles. On a 315 m² plot in Olivos, Buenos Aires, the project establishes a precise and restrained presence, where the façade operates as a visual filter, regulating the entry of light and safeguarding the privacy of its inhabitants while keeping them connected to the surrounding neighborhood.
The structure is organized around a porticoed system from which the upper level is suspended, producing a sense of weightlessness that makes each floor legible as an independent volumetric unit. Three levels—a semi-buried basement, ground floor, and first floor—organize the domestic program in a clear and differentiated sequence.
A central double-height void connects the ground and upper floors, becoming the spatial core of the house. A staircase traces that vertical transition, mapping the natural journey between the public and private areas of the home.
The house is set within a low-density fabric, well connected to the main transit routes of northern Greater Buenos Aires. It offers a contemporary response to single-family living: balanced, harmonious, and built from a commitment to precision.
