AS House
A house facing the Paraná river in Rosario that articulates solids and voids, transparency and reflection, to build a continuous relationship between domestic life and the natural landscape.

Casa AS proposes an architecture that makes the river horizon its very reason for being. Facing the Paraná, the project takes the landscape as its organizing axis, building its entire spatial logic from it: the visual opening toward the river is not an added benefit, but the argument that structures every design decision.
The volumes shift and overlap to generate interior patios that separate uses, fragment the domestic scale, and produce an autonomous reading of each level. The façades respond precisely to the program they contain: between full translucency and solid enclosure, each plane defines with exactitude the degree of openness, privacy, and relationship with the exterior.
The common areas flow into one another, orienting views and circulation toward the water. A double-height integrated space connects the levels vertically and amplifies the bond with the landscape, while the interior atmosphere combines material sobriety with spatial generosity to create an environment designed for shared living.
