Club Atlético River Plate
Two interventions at Club Atlético River Plate redefine the administrative entrance and the concentration mezzanine as spaces of identity, emotion, and well-being, bringing the facilities to international standards of sports architecture.

The project is grounded in a clear conviction: high-performance sports spaces must be able to convey history, belonging, and emotion before the game even begins. With that intention, the intervention transforms the administrative entrance into an immersive tunnel that connects visitors to the club's century-long legacy, and the concentration mezzanine into an environment designed for the players' holistic well-being.
The entrance orchestrates a complete sensory sequence: the institutional color palette structures the journey, while LED scenographic lighting frames each piece —jerseys, trophies, cups— displayed as part of a living museum. Murals, HD screens, and a surround sound system featuring iconic chants and match commentary turn a simple passage into a memorable experience. The mezzanine, in turn, organizes distinct zones for rest, recreation, and multimedia entertainment, featuring high-comfort ergonomic furniture, ping pong tables, foosball, and custom seating. Warm materials, wooden flooring, and perforated metal cladding establish an atmosphere that balances energy with calm.
Both spaces propose a direct relationship between architecture and institutional identity: every material and lighting decision reinforces the sense of belonging felt by players, members, and club authorities. The mezzanine's modular design allows the layout to be adjusted according to the coaching staff's requirements and the number of users present, maximizing functionality across every matchday.
