The Rodrigo Bueno Cultural Center originates from the ambition to gather the neighborhood's living diversity in one place: gastronomy, culture, and community coexist in a space conceived as a meeting point and urban reference for its immediate surroundings and the ecological reserve. The project articulates a set of industrial, contemporary volumes across the site's footprint. A continuous floor plane connects interior and exterior, tracing a sequence that reinforces the project's identity and organizes movement between its various programmatic activities. The main entrance acts as a hinge between the existing gastronomic axis and the new cultural center, strengthening ties with the neighborhood fabric. The spatial flexibility allows the building to accommodate diverse uses, responding with equal ease to both the neighborhood's intimate scale and the broader city. Spanning 2,400 m² of built area, the project proposes an architecture that functions as a lighthouse: visible, accessible, and oriented toward those who live and move through the place.
