O House
Casa O proposes a monolithic corner volume that organizes domestic life through a series of intermediate courtyards. The elevated topography and volumetric displacements produce an iconic façade that balances exterior restraint with openness toward the garden.

Casa O originates from the desire to build a space that is simultaneously private and open within a large corner lot in Pilar. The project anchors a monolithic volume onto a topography raised one meter above ground level, a gesture that establishes presence and identity within the neighborhood's residential fabric.
Two displaced volumes articulate the separation between the public and private areas of the program. Intermediate courtyards extend the longitudinal footprint of the house and organize each room, providing specific light conditions and privacy for every use. At the heart of the home, a double-height space connects both levels and accommodates the full range of domestic activities.
The street-facing façade presents a composed, restrained image, while the interior opens generously toward the garden. The pool, aligned with the entrance and the hall, extends the architectural module outward. Each program frames a distinct fragment of the landscape, and light unifies the whole into a warm, precise atmosphere.
