IBC Offices

IBC Offices articulates a distinctive co-working model: private capsules arranged around shared spaces that balance solitary work with collective life. A project shaped by listening closely to those who will inhabit it.

The project emerges from a precise observation about the working habits of its future users: a preference for private, focused space—present within the environment but not dissolved into it. From that premise, IBC Offices proposes a co-working typology built from the inside out. The floor plan is organized as a distributed system of capsules that can function as private offices, meeting rooms, or phone booths. Between them, the project weaves a network of shared spaces—coffee points, printing areas, lounges—culminating in an outdoor park that offers varying intensities of encounter and rest. A neutral, warm material palette sustains the atmosphere throughout, where industrial, technological, and domestic qualities coexist without tension. The resulting space offers comfort without sacrificing rigor, and character without imposing a single way of inhabiting it.
