M10 Orlando
A 50,000 m² complex in Orlando that brings together an academy, residences, and a cultural experience around football. Undulating morphology, public purpose, and a commitment to the growth of new generations.

M10 Orlando is built around a precise idea: a place where talent is nurtured. The complex brings together a sports academy, residences, and the Messi Experience within a 50,000 m² masterplan that positions sport as a driver of personal and collective development, with a lasting impact on the generations who will inhabit it.
The form of the complex emerges from movement itself. Interlaced curves and cross-connections organize the program and establish a spatial continuity that flows across the entire site. The undulating morphology turns circulation into experience, articulating the different uses seamlessly and offering visitors a fluid reading of the whole.
The project opens toward the city with a clear public ambition. Shared spaces invite gathering and diverse use, positioning the complex as a cultural and recreational landmark within Orlando's urban fabric. Sustainability guides every decision: the well-being of its users is the criterion that shapes the building.
The volumetric organization responds to a scheme of crossed curves that maximizes visual and functional connections between programs, creating organic viewpoints from which the complex always reads as something in motion.
