M10 Padel

M10 Padel proposes a high-end experience where movement and wellbeing unfold as a continuum. The concept is built around lines of circulation: trajectories that structure the program and dissolve the boundaries between enclosed spaces and the open landscape of Punta del Este. The ten padel courts — including a VIP court and a signature M10 court — occupy the heart of the project. From this core, the rest of the program radiates outward: a 300 m² gym, functional training and yoga studios, a spa, differentiated locker rooms, and a VIP area with its own access and changing facilities. The double-height volume surrounding the courts activates the building's vertical section and creates visual continuity across the club's different levels. The project incorporates uses that extend the time users spend on site: a 500 m² Hard Rock Café, a merchandise store, a Kids Dome, and lounge areas with a DJ booth. This programmatic diversity transforms the club into a destination that reaches beyond sport and becomes part of its members' social life. The contrast between materials and textures defines the interior character of the building, while the technology applied to the court systems and the differentiated access management — covered, outdoor, and VIP parking — meets the standards of a world-class club.
