The project begins with a conviction: people work better in spaces where they want to be. From that premise, the intervention proposes a multifunctional environment that accommodates individual focus and collective exchange with equal ease. At the heart of the design is the links system — oval-shaped tubes distributed across floors that replace the conventional staircase with a network of active connections. Each link articulates the building's levels in a transversal, democratic way, dissolving the implicit hierarchy of traditional vertical circulation. Their geometry and placement make them spaces of multiple use, adaptable to different modes of occupation as needed. The result is a building that generates community. The links operate as social stairs: nodes where circulation pauses, branches out, and creates encounter. The project transforms movement into program, and turns every displacement into an opportunity for connection.
