Messi Experience & Design Tower
A residential tower and recreational complex that turns movement into architectural concept: a continuous loop between building and park that stimulates the senses and proposes a singular sense of belonging.
The project begins with a clear idea: architecture as continuous sensory experience. Inspired by the figure of infinity, it proposes a looping circuit that connects the tower to the park at two precise points, freeing the ground plane, maximizing green space, and transforming circulation into an act of discovery.
The spatial decisions articulate a sequence of viewpoints and thresholds where the built and the natural intertwine. The portico operates as a transitional threshold, dissolving the boundary between inside and outside. The materiality supports that intention: every space invites movement, pause, and contemplation.
The complex positions itself as a radically inclusive place, where each person constructs their own experience. The project's identity does not rest on a single gesture, but on the sum of possible itineraries: architecture, history, and entertainment converge in a proposal that generates a genuine sense of belonging.
With 75,000 m² of built area, the scale of the project sustains its ambition: an icon capable of anchoring community and landscape within a single, continuous structure.
