Ruben Dario Units
Two residential volumes in Vicente López articulate an inner courtyard that organizes life at height. A precise, hermetic veil transforms a plot between party walls into a set of units with a distinctive identity.

The project begins with a clear premise: to elevate the latent potential of a commercial zone in Vicente López, Buenos Aires. Set between two existing constructions, RD Units meets the challenge of the party-wall condition with refined design lines and a constructive clarity that turns constraint into formal argument.
The massing is organised into two main volumes separated by an interior courtyard — an element that governs the access logic while ensuring natural ventilation and light across every unit. The ground floor is devoted entirely to communal spaces, whose integration amplifies spatial perception and occupies the full length of the lot.
Each apartment incorporates its own terrace, adding a layer of outdoor living that multiplies the habitable value of every unit. The project transforms height into a sequence of autonomous spaces where private and shared life are balanced with precision.
The façade treatment — a modular veil of hermetic geometry — unifies both volumes beneath a single image and establishes a contemporary dialogue with the surrounding urban fabric.
