The F House
A membership club designed to redefine the football experience: 900 m² that bring together community, entertainment and everyday life around an iconic central core.

The F House proposes a new way of living football. The project starts from a conviction: that sport is also culture, community and lifestyle, and that a club capable of reflecting that complexity demands architecture to match. The result is an exclusive membership space that integrates entertainment, work, study, sport and relaxation into a continuous, high-quality experience.
At the heart of the project sits a central core where a sphere made of screens —symbol of sport and perfection— organizes the experience across 360°. From this point, the design unfolds a system of stands that converge toward the center, connected by bridges that allow fluid circulation across the upper levels. High-end finishes and programmatic versatility reinforce the singular character of the ensemble.
A perimeter ring articulates movement throughout the club: it connects the central space with independent capsules without mixing flows, and gives users the freedom to choose their own path. This logic of multiple circulation turns each visit into a distinct experience, adapted to the needs and rhythm of whoever inhabits it.
The central screen sphere generates an immersive 360° experience that functions simultaneously as symbol, spatial anchor and community device — condensing the technological and emotional identity of the project into a single element.
